Registration and Admission Procedure
Admission is granted to classes Nursery to standard VIII. Application form and prospectus may be obtained from the school office.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS:
The application form for registration, complete in all respects should be submitted at the school office along with the following documents:-
a) Copy of Birth Certificate (Municipality / Panchayat Affidavit – Professional)
b) Copy of Progress Report of last school (except for LKG)
c) Copy of School Leaving /Transfer Certificate of previous school (in case of Higher Class)
d) Two stamp size photographs of the child
e) Physical fitness certificate
Re-admission: For every practical purpose, Re-admission with be treated as Fresh Admission with all fee/payable.
The Principal reserves the right whether not to admit or re-admit any student.

The selection and admission will be made by the Principal after scrutinizing the application and assessing the student’s performance in the previous class.

Withdrawal

Unless all the dues are settled, the Transfer Certificate will not be issued. The parent who requires a T.C. should apply in writing for the same at least ten days in advance along with a fee of Rs.300/-. T.C.should be obtained within 15 days from the date of publication of result. If one fails to get the T.C. before the reopening of school the name will be entered in the attendance register and as a result one has to pay all the fee payable for the whole academic year for the special fees and tuition fees for the first term. If one wishes to rejoin even after getting the T.C. for some reason, please contact the Principal. The decision of Principal is final and binding.
- If application is made after a lapse of a year from the date of leaving / discontinuing school, a fee of Rs.100/- will be charged for a duplicate T.C.
- School fees for the entire term/year is to be paid irrespective of the month in which the withdrawal takes place if the pupil has attended the school even for a day during the term year.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Parents/Guardians should come personally at the time of applying for T.C. as well as receiving the T.C. and to sign in the register.
School Visit
You are most welcome to visit the school and have an informal discussion with or without your child. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment with the Concerned Person.
